Rocky’s Ace Hardware Raises Funds for Western MA Children’s Hospitals

(WWLP) – Rocky’s Ace Hardware customers can help support patients at local Children’s Miracle Networks hospitals.

The store is hosting a fundraising campaign throughout Western Massachusetts. The campaign kicked off last Friday and will run until July 4.

Meanwhile, customers can visit any of Rocky’s eight Ace Hardware stores in Western Massachusetts or all ten Connecticut stores and round up their totals for the cause.

These funds will go directly to Children’s Miracle Network hospitals, including Baystate Children’s Hospital in Springfield. Last year, they raised nearly $21 million.

“We had a successful campaign in April to raise money for Children’s Miracle Network hospitals and we wanted to build on that success,” said Rocky’s Ace Hardware President Rocco Falcone. “Each year, CMN helps the more than 10 million children who depend on children’s hospital care get the best possible medical treatment. We’re proud to give back to the communities we serve in such meaningful ways, and we know that’s important to our customers, too. »

In order to provide the best care for children, children’s hospitals rely on donations and community support because Medicaid and insurance do not cover the full cost.
